The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Customer Service Account Manager with a comprehensive focus on power systems, service parts, long-term service agreements, and technical training services. In this role, you will be responsible for actively promoting and selling a range of offers, including commissioning, service parts, long-term service agreements, technical training. The ideal candidate is motivated by commission-based incentives, possesses excellent communication skills, and is adept at providing holistic solutions. A major responsibility will be to develop a pipeline of upgrades and other opportunities within the sectors we serve.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a pipeline of upgrades and opportunities within the sectors we serve.
Actively promote and sell service parts to customers, emphasizing the value of these parts in maintaining and repairing power systems, particularly in the energy storage and solar sectors.
Drive sales of long-term service agreements, highlighting the benefits of extended service coverage for power conversion systems.
Promote and sell technical training services, showcasing the value of enhancing customer skills and knowledge in power systems, energy storage, and solar technologies.
Price and sell availability guarantees, demonstrating an understanding of customer needs for continuous and reliable energy solutions.
Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas with a commission-based structure tied to sales performance in multiple offerings, including power systems.
Provide exceptional customer service by tailoring solutions to the unique requirements of the energy storage and solar landscape.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience and align sales efforts with company objectives.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Travel 25%-75%

Requirements
Bachler’s degree in engineering, business, marketing or a related field. MBA a plus
Proven experience in a sales role, with a focus on selling service parts, long-term service agreements, technical training, and power systems, especially in the energy storage and solar sectors.
Exceptional communication skills to effectively convey the benefits of specialized power solutions to customers.
Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in diverse offerings.
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.
Ability to adapt to changing business priorities and customer needs.
