The Associate Account Manger is responsible for the completion of Highline Warren tasks as identified within the Sales function. They are the go-to resource for Highline Warren Auto Retail Sales team. The ideal candidate will develop relationships with retail customers, facilitate communication between customer and internal Highline Warren teams, investigate & provide solutions for growth, and exceed team goals of flawless communication, expert analysis, radical candor, intentional bias towards customers' success, and brings an undaunted attitude in a fast-paced environment.
Major Duties:
A growth focused partner to the VP of Auto Retail
Provides auto retail team with administrative support
Executes strategies and communicates with retail customers often
Customer Content Management Maintains customer content within portals, like MDM
Develops ideas and drafts content, features, benefits, and images in collaboration with marketing team for retail content
Sample and Planogram ownership
Managing internal team communications quickly with solution-oriented mindset
Consolidation project management for POVs and acquisitions
Item maintenance + setup management + audits
Travel coordination and planning for retail customers
Innovation coordinator to partner in joint business planning and ideation sessions driving growth with a customer first mindset
Executes on customers' visions by collaborating with marketing teams
Thrives in a frequently changing environment by collaborating cross functionally to ensure operational excellence
Opportunity to learn Highline Warren Market strategy and ultimately develop into a sales position of larger responsibility
Duties expanding in a constantly evolving environment and as capabilities grow
Skills/Traits Proficient PC skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Must be able to take initiative in working in a flexible, fast-paced team environment
Must be agile in determining and managing priorities
Must be creative and detail-oriented in ambiguous situations
High energy and motivation are needed
Must have strong communication (verbal & written), organizational and analytical skills
Ability to work well without supervision
Ability to manage email inbox quickly and efficiently while managing urgent vs important prioritization
Ability to present to customers confidently in a collaborative environment
Ability to provide marketing direction on content, features, benefits, and graphics
