Remote (Must live in Denver, Colorado)
$220K/year, OTE
We are looking for a new teammate to join our Sales department as an Account Executive. The Account Executive will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious revenue growth objectives by identifying new sales opportunities through outbound prospecting, building and following up on leads, creating meaningful relationships, and maintaining our high standards for customer service. The ideal candidate will be driven by consistent sales results and is passionate about developing long-term client relationships.
What you will do:
Target and prospect new sales opportunities using strategic communication channels with direct prospects outlined from “Target Market Prospects” identified in the territory
Serve as the direct link between the clients & prospects and the company, managing day-to-day selling activities and driving a high percentage of sales wins
Understand market needs and trends
Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge to answer questions and inquiries
Present solutions to CPAs at continuing professional education (CPE) events regularly
Close sales and achieve monthly, quarterly, and full-year quota targets
Nurture leads with a high conversion rate while managing client referrals; Maintain and expand the database of prospects within the assigned territory
Track all sales activities for potential and existing clients in the company CRM in a timely and accurate manner
Travel to prospective clients and company sales/marketing events (up to 50% travel)
What you bring:
BA/BS degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Construction Management, or equivalent experience
Experience working in CRM tools such as Dynamics, Salesforce.com, etc.
Demonstrated track record of consistent achievement in a quota-based sales role
Dynamic, people-oriented personality able to quickly adjust in a fast-changing environment
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Problem-solving competency with a high tendency toward action
Strong computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office apps and sales acceleration tools such as ZoomInfo, SalesLoft, Outreach, etc.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting consistent deadlines
High attention to detail
Target Market Knowledge:
Selling into the CPA market with previous sales roles, building a network of relationships
Familiarity with real estate concepts: investors, owners, and builders in the real estate market
Requirements:
Travel to present to prospects & build customer base
Efficiently manage CRM and pipeline management tools to timely and accurately track primary sales activities
