**Job Summary**

Manages all warehouse activities including shipping and receiving of Clinic In a Box (CIB) and IT Go boxes for RHRP events. Oversees all receiving and distribution operations. Plans and monitors optimal space utilization and efficient inventory flow. Supervises subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**

* Manages warehouse personnel including leading and directing team members, scheduling to meet event needs

* Responsible for all warehouse/logistical activities including shipping and receiving of CIBs and IT Go boxes, and tracking of all packages

* Ensures all safety requirements are met for the Warehouse Team

* Ensures correct shipping and receiving serving as an escalation point for damaged/missing shipments

* Maintains inventory and associated records ensuring quality control

* Develops and maintains department work instructions for all tasks and measures performance of department activities

* Continuously improves warehouse operations and insure a safe environment

* Responsible for increase in warehouse efficiency; ensures warehouse is inspected and kept clean

* Adheres to warehouse goals and plans; provides information to management regarding results

* Serves as an ambassador for QTC culture and values

* Must possess a firm understanding of product kits and their distribution

* Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned

**Competencies:**

* Ability to effectively manage competing priorities with a sense of urgency

* Strong communications skills, both verbal and written

* Possess excellent organizational and follow up skills, with strong attention to detail

* Demonstrated ability to analyze information, problems, procedures and situations

* Proficient in Windows operating systems and MS Office Suite

* Proficiency in automated warehouse procedures

* Communicate effectively with people of different positions in the organization

**Education and/or Experience:** (includes certificate & licenses)

* Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a supply chain or business management related field or equivalent experience/combined education

* Minimum 7 years of supervisory or management experience in logistics

* Experience working in an automated warehouse

* 5 years of medical logistics experience preferred

* Must be able to successfully pass contractually required Federal background check

**Required**

Bachelors or better in Business Administration or related field.

High School Diploma or better.

**Experience**

**Required**

**3 years:** Experience working in an automated warehouse

**7 years:** Supervisory or management experience in logistics

**Preferred**

**5 years:** Medical logistics experience preferred
