As the Customer Success Manager at PartsTrader
The greatest joy of being a successful CSM is assisting customers in reaching their goals, improving their business and being part of their success. You’ll meet and work with shop ownership, managers, estimators, blue printers and parts staff from small shops to large multi-shop organizations. You implement PartsTrader as Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), increase platform usage, drive retention and increase revenue.
What you’ll do
Relationship building: Develop effective relationships with clients and colleagues.
Project Management: Manage the PartsTrader implementation process while working closely with Account Executives and Sales Support.
Account Management: Manage the PartsTrader implementation process while working closely with Account Executives and Sales Support.
Collaborate with many people on an account, both internal and external.
Follow the PartsTrader technology sales and implementation process to increase revenue, drive retention, increase PartsTrader users, and grow market share.
Seek opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell.
Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales goals.
Maintain all sales databases necessary to report sales activity and customer information.
Conduct both in-person and remote sales meetings.
What you bring
EITHER 2+ years selling and/or servicing software solutions with a proven track record of exceeding performance goals/quotas.
OR 2+ years of sales and/or service experience.
Solid business acumen and the ability to focus on business solutions that inspire change and increase revenue.
Previous experience in post-sales account or customer success management, or equivalent experience.
Strong relationship-building skills; experience influencing and bringing about change within an organization.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong data analysis, fact-finding, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to interpret data and draw a picture that is meaningful to the audience.
Proven ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
Ability to travel as required, up to 75%.
What you will have ideally
Experience in the collision industry is highly desirable.
Proficient with MS Office products particularly Excel.
Experience with CRM and virtual meeting platforms.
Spanish speaking is a plus.
