Job Description
Maintain strong, positive relationships with hiring managers, new hires and applicants.
Demonstrate interest in and ownership of clients' recruiting needs.
Create and manage job requisitions as requested by clients; manage candidate statuses and ensure applicants are updated; Experience using Paycor preferred
Create paid ads on sites like Indeed, Facebook, Instagram, and others as needed to maintain candidate flow and healthy time-to-fill status.
Develop a multifaceted recruiting strategy.
Host job fairs on-site as needed.
Ensure compliance with all recruiting and employment-related laws and regulations
Produce and deliver insightful analytics to assist clients, executives, and board members in understanding the current state of recruiting activities.
Requirements
Associate's or bachelor's degree in HR, management, marketing, or a related field.
Experience working with Paycor, LinkedIn,
2-3 years of full cycle recruiting experience
Occasional overnight travel
Must pass background checks
