Job Description Job Description Salary:
• Ensuring that the Company and the Group meet the necessary tax, permit and licensing requirements, for example FCA requirements;
• Oversee the preparation of financial statements, reports, and analysis, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations;
• Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal controls;
• Manage and monitor company cash flow, including cash forecasting and management of banking relationships;
• Develop and maintain the annual budget and forecast, providing analysis of variances and identifying opportunities for improvement;
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of all tax filings and compliance with all tax regulations;
• Provide financial guidance to senior management and other stakeholders, making recommendations to improve profitability and financial performance;
• Collaborate with external auditors, legal counsel, and other external advisors to ensure compliance with regulations and optimize the company's financial position;
• Overseeing all financial control activities, including the review and analysis of monthly and quarterly numbers and disclosures;
• Summarising budget trends, analysing deficiencies and reporting variances to executives;
• Working in collaboration with all other departments and stuff from other locations for relevant tasks and projects;
• Work at a group level and take on any relevant tasks as may be required by the Group from time to time.
