**ABOUT FREEHAND CHICAGO**

Welcome to Freehands second outpost! Designed by Manhattan-based Roman and Williams, the building celebrates the citys Midwestern heritage with a string of evocative communal spaces and rooms located in the restored 1927 Art Deco building, set among the high-rises of the downtown River North neighbourhood home to some of the citys best art galleries, boutiques and restaurants. Featuring 217 rooms and amazing public spaces like Caf Integral coffee and breakfast bar and the cozy Broken Shaker Bar, its a buzzing, busy space that represents the best of Freehand. Between the busy social calendar and the ever-changing makeup of guests and locals coming to play, its a particularly fun and fulfilling space for everyone in the Freehand Chicago team to work in.

**NUTS AND BOLTS OF THE JOB**

Manage a portfolio of global key accounts, maximising opportunities for all Generator & Freehand properties

Pro-actively seek out, take ownership and continually deliver new business opportunities across key market segments

Build long term, commercially beneficial relationships within your market

Understand, develop and follow company and sales specific practices

Spend time with customers supporting their accommodation, F&B and event needs

Represent the company at key industry events

Report in a timely, consistent and professional manner on account and personal performance

Collect, review, analyse market and revenue data in order to plan and execute strategic plans

Plan, organise and manage a proactive and efficient business sales calendar.
