Sales & Business Development Lead

As a Sales & Business Development Lead you will be an important member of our Sales & Business Development team. You will be responsible for identifying, managing, and closing new business with prospects, working with a high-performing, team-oriented culture. You will be directly responsible for and contribute to our top line revenue targets. You will be responsible for targeting, outreach, negotiation and closing substantial revenue with reputable, mid and large sized brands with the intent of offering Fud and our suite of products as a new and highly efficient way to reach side hustlers by harnessing the power of influencers, short form video, live streaming, social audio, and more. The position will report to our CEO.

Core responsibilities: Actively identify, contact and close new business with both new and existing clients to drive revenue growth

Assist in developing our sales strategy, build pipelines and contribute our go to market strategy/approach

Be responsible for Account Management and Operations to ensure an excellent, top tier, premium client experience

Responsible for all aspects of contract negotiation with potential clients

Build a foundation of trust with each client either direct or via an agency team

Qualifications: You are a hustler and have one or more side hustles

2+ years of media sales experience building a portfolio of new business with major brands and agencies

Proven track record of developing and closing new B2B deals with brands and media agencies with direct revenue responsibility

Competitive nature with a strong passion to exceed personal and professional goals

Consistently meet or exceed pre-assigned KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and activity targets

Ability to work collaboratively and effectively, both on a team and individually, in a high energy, ever-changing, dynamic sales environment

Must be quality and detailed oriented with strong working knowledge of the social media, creator, and marketing spaces

Strong communication skills to enable positive interaction with all levels/functions within the organization

Proven experience adapting and thriving in a constantly changing environment (Startup experience preferred)

Social media, Influencer, and Affiliate Marketing experience, understanding the competitive landscape and new business opportunities, preferred

A growth mindset, humility and passion for BD/sales a must

Legal right to work in the US

Preferred Education & Experience:

Education: Preferred BA/BS or relevant work experience

Experience: Must have 2+ years of sales and business development
