Having earned several regional and national awards and ratings, Empire Today, LLC has established quite the reputation in the flooring industry.We are one of the nation's most recognizable brands!At Empire Today, we are looking to add a Director of Sales Development and a Director of Sales Programs and Communications to the organization.These newly created roles will own the creation, retention, and growth of a passionate networkof entrepreneurial driven Direct Sellers that improve the communities they live in with an engaging in-home sales experience that that amazes customers with a sophisticated sales experience presenting a wide range of flooring products solving our customer's needs with a quality next day installation.
The Director of Sales Development assumes functional leadership for sales talent acquisition requirements including forecasting, target-setting, improving sales team qualifications, ratings, performance, and analyzing & providing recommendations to reduce attrition.This role owns sales results at the Direct Seller level and assumes a leadership role cross functionally working with Talent Acquisition, L&D, IT, Sales Support, and Customer Delivery local management improving both our tools & processes and driving measurable improvements to business.
Curate and deliver sales knowledge content for Direct Seller "Info Share" meetings and employee sales training functions
Cultivate strategies and processes to recruit, onboard, develop, and engage Direct Sellers.
Develop and institute ongoing and effective product knowledge programs to foster continuous sales force education
Structure and execute sales leadership programs that delivers motivational and goal-oriented performance feedback to Direct Sellers
The Director, Sales Programs and Communications sustains our network of Direct Seller's entrepreneurial passion with engaging sales programs & content that amazes customers with a sophisticated sales experience presenting a wide range of flooring products solving our customer's needs with a quality next day installation.The Director accomplishes this by curating and delivering engaging sales programs for our Direct Sellers, creating support structures to monitor delivery and execution, and ensuring market sales performance improvements are achieved as a result.This role will provide cross functional leadership to the sales organization, while working with Sales Leaders and Regional Leadership to ensure alignment and execution of organizational priorities and strategies.
Establish sales management processes that drive and improve desired sales outcomes
Develop organizational communication to educate, motivate and inform the sales leadership and team on performance and goals
Direct the execution and improvement of the lead distribution process to maximize sales performance
Launch a manager counsel to identify and execute improvement opportunities to the sales process and leadership initiatives
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related experience
10years of sales experience
5years of management experience
Track record of results, strategic thinker, influential communicator, cross-functional leader, driver of change, and a learning guru influencing others to develop themselves and be great.
