Job Overview: The Sales Director will play an important role in developing and executing our go to market strategy and the growth of FreePower in the countertop space. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams internally and externally, including stone fabricators, builders / developers, interior designers and kitchen & bath / hospitality channels. You will be responsible for leading and directing the channel to achieve revenue targets in territories across the US. This role involves developing and implementing strategic sales plans, managing key client relationships, and ensuring the sales team meets or exceeds performance metrics. With the succesful launch
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue goals and expand market share.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
Identify new business opportunities and potential markets.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
Sales forecasting.
Manage sales budgets and expenses effectively.
