The Opportunity

H-Wave is seeking a Regional Sales Director covering the Mid-Atlantic (KY, TN, WV, VA, NC, DE, MD, and DC) territory. Our Regional Sales Director will be able to develop and lead a dynamic performing team of medical device sales representatives; while feeling personally rewarded by the profound benefits provided to patients in need.

For over 40 years the H-Wave electronic stimulation device has been used to reduce medication usage, manage pain, and speed recovery from surgery or injury. We provide physicians in the VA, worker's compensation, auto insurance, and personal injury markets with a more effective drug-free alternative; which helps their patients live a better life, and improves the efficiency and success of physician offices with more satisfied patients.

The Job

Develop, forecast, and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual sales production, growth, and profit goals.

Support and encourage a strategic coaching relationship with Sales Consultants.

Identify skills gaps, and business challenges and develop appropriate action plans with Sales Consultants.

Provide business systems and technical support to Sales Consultants and customers.

Active engagement in ongoing employee recruitment, retention, and mentorship of current team members.

Resolve customer challenges when escalation is necessary.

Look for, record, and report trends, challenges, and issues within the region immediately to the EVP of Sales.

Attend regional and national industry-specific conventions, symposia, conferences, and other events as necessary.

Base Salary ($125k-$150k) + quarterly bonus

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience

Must have experience leading a high-performance sales team

Must have a valid Driver’s License and a clean motor vehicle record

History of working in a position that requires significant autonomy and self-motivation

Highly driven and exhibits a strong work ethic

Exemplary written and oral communication skills with any audience

Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Ability to travel, up to 50% (overnight) regularly

Salary Description

$125,000 to $150,000
