Your Role
As the affiliate business development lead, you will use your consultative sales expertise to drive revenue growth in our emerging affiliate sales channel. You will lead all outreach to new publishers, securing placements and deals with existing publishers, and evaluating incremental ROI of paid placements and programs.
This role will report to our Director of Acquisitions and will work closely with our CMO, head of growth, chief brand officer, and the rest of the growth and marketing organization.
Ideal candidate has a passion for developing new revenue channels, has experience selling to a wide range of different clients, has a strong bias to action, will be able to show measurable results, will be a self-starter, and is excited about owning an important part of O Positiv's growth strategy.
Responsibilities and Duties
Win new affiliate business or O Positiv. Find your way to the right partners who can get our products in front of new customers
Conduct research on the women's health supplement space and identify key affiliate accounts to target
Design and execute innovative sales strategies to exceed revenue goals. Look into different opportunities outside of the typical affiliate networks such as large publishers and content creators
Manage the existing base of affiliate partners including the management of affiliate networks like Rakuten
Craft promotional strategies with growth team to expand market share during key seasonal moments (e.g., Black Friday)
Continuously refine the sales methodology by incorporating learnings into playbooks, templates, and best practice
Qualifications and Skills
Experience:
3 years or more of sales, business development, partner management, or affiliate marketing
Experience structuring and closing deals with strategic partners or affiliate marketers
Proven track record of winning new business
Experience working with affiliate marketing networks a plus, but not required
Interpersonal:
Self-starter
Bias to action
Adept at working cross-functionally
Acts like an owner
Additional Preferred Experience and Skills:
Proficient communicating results through excel, google-sheets, and other written communication
Ability to understand and measure incremental marketing ROI
Experience creating dashboards is a plus, but not required
Hours and Compensation
The anticipated base compensation range for this role will be $80-100k. Compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and local market rates.

Position will be based out of Santa Monica, Los Angeles - in person (Mon-Thurs in office/Friday remote)
