顧客及び外部(協力業者)対応
・コールセンター連絡のコールバック対応
・コールセンター連絡の訪問調整
・修理・点検・保守・保全作業における見積作成および提出
・顧客クレーム対応とエスカレーション
・製品品質問題の収集と報告・点検・保守提案実施
・アンケート配布
・導入機器の継続的な安全性を監視する
・機器の維持管理における顧客からの要望等に対応する。必要な場合はマネジャーの策定する解決策にしたがい実行する
・テクニカルサービスの提供を通じ、顧客担当者との良好な関係を構築する
・担当エリア・施設における機器の稼働状況を把握する
事務作業、管理、連携
・修理・点検・保守・保全作業および受付記録、サービスレポート作成、保管
・工具の管理、計測機器の校正対応、管理
・修理・点検時の売上処理
・担当施設の売上報告、メンテナンス状況の把握
・割り当てられたサービスパーツの在庫を管理する
・製品導入の際にはセールスorマーケティング部門と連携し顧客へその使用方法を説明する

・何らかの機器メンテナンスの経験
・臨床工学技士のご経験
・オペ室またはICUでの勤務のご経験

想定年収：350万円～520万円（スキル・経験に応じて決定）※賞与込み
月額給与（26.6万円～）：基本給（212,800円～320,000円）＋みなし残業手当（月30時間分：53,200円～80,000円）
