E-Commerce Manager/ Senior Executive/ Executive Marketing Communications (Marketing & Communications)
We are seeking a talented and motivated E-commerce Specialist to join our team. As an E-commerce Specialist, you will be responsible for managing our online sales platforms and optimizing the customer experience to drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a passion for e-commerce, strong analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize our e-commerce platforms, including our website and third-party marketplaces.
Develop and implement strategies to drive traffic, improve conversion rates, and increase sales.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure a seamless online shopping experience.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in e-commerce.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 1 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably in a retail or consumer goods environment.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with digital marketing channels, such as SEO, SEM, and email marketing, is a plus.
