About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and highly motivated Customer Success Manager who can provide support to new and existing customers, listen to, document their feedback, and drive new business opportunities. The candidate should be able to build strong relationships, implement new programs, and increase revenue potential.

The Customer Success Manager’s responsibilities include being the primary point of contact for MPCH’s customers, supporting customers as they transition from sales prospects, and building close relationships that last beyond any one project or job-order.

The successful candidate will work directly with customers to help understand and document their problems and ensure their satisfaction with MPCH. You will work closely with the Sales, Product, and Solutions teams to ensure customer questions, concerns and feedback are addressed in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

Establish clear client retention goals and be accountable for meeting them.

Own and develop the customer onboarding experience.

Be the primary point of contact for MPCH customers.

Develop and maintain milestones for the clients and employees to work toward.

Assist customers with navigating MPCH products.

Drive additional revenue and sales opportunities of MPCH offerings.

Assist in creating training courses and educational materials.

Review customer complaints, concerns, and suggestions and seek to improve the customer experience by working cross-functionally with the Product and Solutions teams.

Qualifications:

Proven work experience as a Customer Success Manager or similar customer facing role with at last 3-5 years' experience.

Proven ability in building new Customer Success workflows and integrating with current business flows and technology solutions.

Experience working with brand image and promoting value through customer experience.

Must be able to communicate and foster positive business relationships with customers, teammates, and cross-functionally within the organization.

Should be comfortable conversing with technically competent customers about MPCH products and have a general understanding of APIs, cryptography, and key management concepts.

Accountability and personal organization are essential.

Experience in managing a diverse team and training individuals according to company standards.

Located and legally able to work in the US or UK.
