**Job Summary:**

The objective of the Carrier Sales Manager role is to build and develop highly agile and effective teams within our rapidly evolving Carrier Sales organization. To succeed in this role, you must be forward-thinking, tech-savvy, data-driven, and comfortable both operating and leading in an ambiguous and ever-changing environment. They will be expected to collaborate with leaders across the company including Sales, Operations, Product and Analytics.

**Responsibilities:**

* Continue building and evolving Flock Freights Carrier Network to meet the needs of the business

* Oversee, manage and drive accountability of day to day operations of Carrier Sales Team

* Daily focus on Rep development, driving product adoption and workflow execution

* Help build and manage a robust internal carrier database

* Combine anecdotal feedback with internal/external data to generate actionable market insights

* Create and maintain accurate documentation of team and org-wide processes, rules, frameworks and projects

* Clear, concise and consistent communication intra departmentally and cross departmentally

**Minimum Qualifications:**

* Bachelors degree in business, management or a similar field.

* Minimum 3-5 years of direct freight experience required

* Minimum 2 years of Carrier Sales team management experience

* Proficient in standard 3pl Tech Stacks (TMS Systems/Tracking Software etc.)

* Proficient in Microsoft Office/GSuite (Google Sheets/Excel a must)

* Demonstrated leadership and management skills.

* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

* Able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

* Proven written and verbal communicator.

* Highly collaborative with the ability to work effectively with all departments.

* Organized with high attention to detail.
