Who You Are

You're a driven, curious, and customer centric sales person with experience B2C consultative and/or solution selling. You are exceptional with customer discovery and know how to uncover a customer's needs and introduce the right solutions to meet those needs. You are a go-getter who doesn't take no for an answer, is confident picking up the phone, and knows how to close a deal. You are relentless in driving towards your targets and have a keen sense of ownership in all that you do. Your attitude is positive and you stay motivated in ambiguity. You are passionate about helping homeowners and/or democratizing access to financial tools.

What You'll Do:

Manage a full sales cycle that includes some inbound leads, outbound sourcing, and in-person events

Reach out to leave via calls, texts and emails to set up sales calls

Nurture longer term prospects by educating and preparing them to tackle financing and home improvement projects

Continuously educate yourself on Realm's industry and offerings to provide better consultation to your prospects

Document and track all lead engagement and sales opportunities, maintaining flawless CRM data

Provide customer and vendor feedback to Realm's internal teams to continue to improve Realm's offering

Your Skills/Experience:

3-5 years in sales, customer success, or account management with 2 years in full cycle closing sales role with proven overachievement of your targets

High EQ with natural ability to build rapport through emotional connection and nurture relationships

An autonomous self starter that is comfortable learning and working independently

Highly curious and strong desire to learn and develop quickly

Excellent written and verbal communication (fluency in English)

A passion for (and ideally experience in) Real Estate, Construction and/or Proptech

Prepared to work some evenings and weekends to accommodate the schedule of your prospects and customers

Some travel required for in person events

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent applicable experience

Nice to Haves

Skilled in live and virtual presentations, online web demos, and remote sales processes

Working proficiency with Salesforce, Salesloft, and Gong
