Now that you know a little about us, let's talk about the role ...

We are looking for an Associate Director of Growth to join our sales team, growing our department from one to two. This role will be asked to manage new client relationships from inbound lead, to the proposal, all the way through to close. A successful candidate will develop and implement improvements to our sales process to improve outcomes.

Moreover, we are in search of a professional who is comfortable speaking to our current and upcoming products, including but not limited to Paid Search, Paid Social, Creative, SEO, CRM, Programmatic, and Analytics. This individual should possess a background in digital marketing or advertising sales. This role has the potential to develop into a managerial role as additional salespeople are added to our organization.

Responsibilities include:

Pitching Black Propeller's services to potential clients.

Managing the sales process from lead generation through the hand-off to the media team.

Logging all communication, actions, and sales process milestones within relevant systems and tools.

Creating sales proposals and pitch decks.

Conducting discovery calls to establish prospective client's business and commercial objectives.

Building collaborative working relationships with BP's internal teams.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

Bachelor's degree or higher

At least 3 years of sales experience, preferably with a digital marketing or advertising agency

Working knowledge of digital marketing, with a focus on Paid Search and Paid Social advertising.

Ability to deliver a top-level product overview/demonstration of Paid Media Audits.

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Bonus points for:

Google Ads certifications

Meta certifications
