We are looking for a human-centric leader of people to join our sales department with management responsibilities leading sales managers, account executives & sales development representatives. This role will report into our VP of Sales and will be part of the sales leadership team, charged with developing our sales strategy for the Post-Acute healthcare vertical.
You will…
Meet or exceed your assigned teams' quota by successfully coaching, developing, and managing a team of Account Executives & Sales Development Representatives
Recruit, coach and monitor the performance of all team members
Take a proactive approach to leadership & development of your immediate team
Be responsible for your business metrics, including frequent report-outs to leadership
Be involved in sales strategy creation & responsible for the execution of annual plans
Help team members initiate the sales cycle through prospecting and outreach efforts
Help drive critical sales opportunities with key prospects
Master the ability to evangelize the connectRN service
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to better serve our prospects & customers
Track and report on key department & company KPI on a frequent basis
You have…
At least 3-years of prior sales management experience, strong preference for experience managing managers
[Preferably] Experience in healthcare, staffing and/or tech industries
Several years experience in sales [preferably] in a fast paced, high growth, SaaS environment
[preferably] Experience using SalesForce (CRM), Outreach.io, DocuSign, etc
Experience developing compensation plans that drive the right behavioral activities
Demonstrated success managing, motivating and holding sales professionals accountable
Ability to communicate complex information and processes in a streamlined, easy-to-understand fashion
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. Excellent time management and prioritization skills
Strong sales and business acumen with a willingness and capability to learn new software tools quickly and efficiently
Strong analytical skills
