Business Development Manager for Test Lab

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and ensuring client satisfaction within our dynamic organization. Your responsibilities will encompass cultivating existing customer relationships, identifying new avenues for growth, and serving as a bridge between customers, our engineering and operations teams for seamless project execution. Monitoring and reporting on sales performance against targets will be crucial to gauge our progress and ensure continued success. Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record of at least 5 plus years in technical sales, preferably in a test lab or related environment.
• Knowledge of Semiconductor Test House and ATE equipment.

• Results-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts and opportunities simultaneously.
